SCOPE OF WORK

To help develop the marketing effort of the organisation via consultancy, planning and delivery.

SUMMARY OF ENGAGEMENT

We have worked with our clients for over 4 years and across a variety of projects from marketing infrastructure, team mentoring and acting head of marketing to website delivery and PR agency selection.

MARKETING SUPPORT

Acting head of marketing when required and internal team support and mentoring, providing advice and guidance to senior team, sales and marketing.

Management of supplier selection process for both website and PR agencies.

Built out website IA, advised on design and wireframing and delivered content and editorial support. Worked closely with marketing to deliver the site including UAT and build.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Advised on core collateral design and best approach to delivery including outsourcing production and developing wider brand guidelines. Developed a range of brand assets and key templates to enhance marketing output and allow it to scale as the business grows.

SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS

Providing onsite and remote support across all aspects of marketing including advertising, rich media, video, infrastructure, training and content.  Resulted in a fully functioning marketing department that no longer need our help!
