The Future Leaders programme develops commercial acumen, strategic thinking and planning skills as well as the soft skills to present, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Spread across five, intensive one-day sessions, each day is focused on a core marketing subject chosen following extensive research from within the industry. This CIM recognised certification is delivered using a combination of one-day workshops, webinars, online resource, accountability groups and 1:1 coaching. The roundtable style sessions provide a demanding, valuable learning environment where each delegate is expected and encouraged to contribute.
