Nick Pilkington

Nick has 16 years’ experience marketing for fund groups. Most recently he was Head of Marketing at Guinness Asset Management, prior to which he was at Legal & General Investments and Head of Marketing at Liontrust Asset Management.

His experience includes:

  • A profound knowledge of both UK wholesale and institutional markets
  • Building a new boutique brand in the UK market
  • Deep understanding of investment styles and investment processes as well as fund structures
  • Management of sales messaging, sales targeting and CRM systems
  • New product strategy, PR and event management
  • Compliance and document management of all fund communications
  • Development of in-house procedural and operational structure
  • Management of the relationships between product development, compliance and marketing
  • Reporting at the most senior level
